- You can find the code is in the purchase confirmation email.
- If you can't find the email, contact us and tell us what email did you use for the purchase, or your name and last name.
IF YOUR TOT-EM WAS A GIFT
- Contact us and tell us the name of the person who ordered the tot-em, their email or the address where your tot-em was sent to.
