The User's data will be stored for as long as the User is registered on the Website, although, if comments are posted on the Website, they may remain unchanged unless the User deletes them or requests their deletion, unless other terms apply.
c. Purchasing: The User can purchase the products available on the Website. To do so, they must provide their contact information and any data necessary to process the purchase and order (including its shipment via transport companies), such as their bank or credit card details.
We use Klarna as the provider of our checkout, available for clients based in Spain, Germany, Italy, and France. This means that we might transfer your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna when the checkout is loaded, in order for Klarna to manage your purchase. Voice Recording: For the manufacture of personalised products, the User is requested to record their voice waves via the microphone of the device being used, which requires the User to authorise access to the microphone to perform this functionality. Subsequently, said recording can be listened to on the TOT-EM website by entering a specific code generated and provided exclusively to the Buyer.

The recordings will remain stored in a pseudonymised form on the Website unless their deletion is requested.
e. Newsletter: The User may, if they wish, provide their email address to subscribe to updates, promotions, and news from TOT-EM, to periodically receive communications to their email or mobile device (where appropriate).

These data shall be stored as long as the User remains registered in the newsletter delivery system, then it will be blocked for a further three years in order to comply with any legal requirements, after which period it shall be deleted.

f. Reviews: The User can write reviews of TOT-EM products, and the data provided to do so will be processed in order to manage publication of the review on the Website.

Communication of Data to Third Parties
TOT-EM collaborates with Tree-Nation on reforestation projects.
If the User so authorises when placing an order, we will communicate their identification and contact details to the NGO Tree-Nation ASBL, with NIF 727.828.810, and registered address at Avenue des Saisons 90, 1050, Brussels (Belgium), so that Tree-Nation can send the User electronic communications to enable them to register on their platform and proceed to plant a tree with each order placed on our Website.

Exercise of Rights
The User can revoke their consent to data processing, exercising their rights of access, rectification, deletion, portability, opposition, and restriction of processing, by informing TOT-EM via an email addressed to support@tot-em.com or writing to the address indicated above, mentioning "Data Protection" in the subject.

In the event of any contradiction between the Privacy Policy in another language and its version in Spanish, the Spanish version shall prevail.
